Scope – The Scope of the processing will encompass receiving Client Personal Data, storing, organising or otherwise filing the Client Personal Data in order to enable the full functionality of the software to be able to perform the contracted services as specified in the Master Agreement and/or on the Services Schedule.
Subject matter of processing – The provision of contracted services to the Client, primarily through HR, Payroll, and Expense Management services.
Nature & Purpose of Processing – The nature of the processing will vary depending on the specific services – as set out in the Master Agreement – to the Client. The purpose of the processing is to provide or facilitate the payment of Client employees and other staff members.
Duration of the processing – For the Term specified in the Master Agreement or where no terms I stated for the duration that Supplier provides the services and ancillaries to the Client.
