The Payroll Software and Services Group has achieved an incredible milestone this month having made its tenth acquisition since its formation in 2019. The Group has acquired the direct payroll business of Essential Payroll, an established payroll provider based in Bournemouth.
As a trusted provider of payroll and HR services, the PSSG has over 1,500 clients, with more than 260,000 employees currently paid using its software. In just over three years, the Group has successfully acquired a portfolio of brands which together provide a comprehensive and streamlined service that meets all payroll, HR, and business support requirements. This recent acquisition will further enhance the PSSG’s product offering, enabling it to broaden its outsourced services and cater to a wider market.
