The Payroll Software and Services Group has completed the acquisition of Software for People; a software and services business that offers Payroll, Pensions & HR solutions to businesses in the UK and Channel Islands.
PSSG, backed by growth-equity tech investor Tenzing, was formed in 2019. The Group specialises in providing software and outsourcing solutions for HR, payroll and business support in the UK and international markets. It has over 1,000 clients and more than 260,000 employees are currently paid using its software.
PSSG solutions are used by businesses of different sizes, across many sectors. The acquisition of Software for People will hugely complement the Group and its service offering. Software for People’s clients will have the exciting opportunity to migrate onto PSSG’s feature-rich technology platform, allowing them to improve efficiency and productivity in their businesses even further.
Keiron Smith, Director of Software for People, will continue to support the business day-to-day.
